① If it deviates regularly, you may upgrade the software of controller.
② If the deviation occurs on the top & bottom, or left & right side reversed, you need to change the control card.
③ If the display content is topside down, or left & right side reversed, you may upgrade the software of controller.
① If FPC cable doesn’t plug in place，just need to relink FPC
② If a whole horizontal or vertical strip is blind area, the touch screen is broken, need to change a touch screen.
① The weave reflection stripe could be covered by dust in some area, clean it with a dry cloth.
② The weave reflection stripe could be scraped off & cannot be recovered.
Caution: You need to recalibrate the display under following conditions
Adjust the resolution of display
Chang touch screen or controller
Change computer or display
Clean the screen dust
①Touch screen may have water that affects the response time, clean it with a dry cloth.
② The computer that connected to touch display could be too old with low efficiency.
Please recalibrate it with recalibration driver.
① If recalibration doesn't work, SAW weave reflection stripe could be scraped off & cannot be recovered.
You may recalibrate it on a reverse direction of the deviation.
②Oil & water stains absorb the ultrasonic wave signal that SAW display used for signal communication and positioning, daily cleaning of screen surface is important.
Use soft towel & glass cleaner to wipe screen surface, especially the frame area where ultrasonic weave stripe located.
Caution: Don't hurt the energy conversion device & its wire, restart the computer and do recalibration after cleaning.
The screen surface contains water & other soft objects, just need to clean it with a dry cloth.
First to check the hardware of touch display if the indicator was on.
①When you turn on the product, the indicator light turns on for 1 to 2 seconds , then goes out, automatically on when we touch the screen, and goes out when finger off. This shows the touch monitor works.
②If the indicator light up for a long time when no finger touches it, first to clean the dust of touch screen; then check the screen & energy conversion device.
③The indicator twinkles, it could be bad contact of controller with screen, or bad touch screen.
④Indicator doesn’t work. It could be the fault of Indicator, or power supply for controller.
First to check the contact wire of inside, then check the power cable for computer that controlled the display.
If the hardware is working, please check the following items：
For Serial touch screen system, may be the serial number of driver is not matched with actual serial number, please uninstall the driver, and reinstall it again.
For Serial touch screen system, check the serial number of host hardware. Some network card default IRQ as 3, thus COM2 conflicts with IRQ, you should change IRQ to unused version.
